ASSERTIVE DESIGN

PEUGEOT 308

The Peugeot Lion rears up majestically on the radiator grill, its presence elegantly highlighted by three horizontal claws.

All the lighting functions are LED-based, with top-of-the-range full LED headlamps (62 LED elements), special direction indicators with a display that scrolls sequentially (30 LED elements) and fog lamps. All in all, adding in the rear lights (48 LED elements), the 308 GT Line comes with a grand total of 142 LEDs.

The 308 GT Line has been lowered and has a broader overall feel, thanks to the side scuff plates on the lower body frame, the high-gloss Black diffusor and decorative features such as twin exhaust pipes. It features 17″ Ruby Diamond wheels, with special 18″ dual aspect Diamond wheels also available as an option.

Once inside, you’ll be struck by the top-quality passenger compartment. Standard features include aluminium pedals, stainless steel door sills and Anthracite-coloured roof headliner and trim parts. And the Red stitching on the upholstery (tooltip: TEP (plastic-coated fabric)/Alcantara as standard, Club Nappa leather available as an option; for further details on leather, please see the technical specifications available at any point of sale or online at www.peugeot.country), dashboard, door panels, gearbox bellows and floor mats adds that final touch of flair.

DRIVING SENSATIONS

PEUGEOT 308

Climb into the PEUGEOT i-Cockpit and become one with your 308 GT Line. The head-up instrument panel and the small, distinctive steering wheel with perforated leather (tooltip: For further details on leather, please see the technical specifications available at any point of sale or online at www.peugeot.country) guarantee a uniquely pleasurable driving experience.

The moment you switch on the ignition, a special GT greeting is displayed on the instrument panel with its chequered flag background, while the big touchscreen also features a new and extremely sporty colour scheme dominated by red and black – hence the name Redline (tooltip: Available as standard).

SHEER QUALITY

The new 308 GT Line is an exemplary fusion of design and dynamic performance, that also offers a superb level of finishing quality.

The sophisticated, high-tech lighting signature at the front consists of full LED headlamps (tooltip: 100% Light Emitting Diode lighting, fitted as standard) cleverly shaped to create a captivating feline look.

Inside and out, each element is fine-tuned to perfection: fine, premium-quality materials such as the foam-backed dashboard, full-grain leather steering wheel (tooltip: For further details on leather, please see the technical specifications available at any point of sale or online at www.peugeot.country) and heat-formed door panels. You’ll soon come to appreciate the care and attention that’s gone into every detail  – and it all adds up to a hugely pleasurable experience for driver and passengers alike.

EFFICIENCY

The 308 GT Line uses the same engines available in the 308 and 308 SW, combined with a variety of technologies designed to promote fuel efficiency.

Thanks to the exclusive combination of a SCR (tooltip: Selective Catalytic Reduction) and FAP (tooltip: Diesel Particulate Filter) system, the BlueHDi technology drastically reduces (by more than 90%) the NOx emissions, curbs CO² emissions, and virtually eliminates particulates (99.9 %).(tooltip: Mixed consumption of 3.7 to 4.1 litres/100 km, CO2 96-107 g/km, in accordance with Directive 99/100/EC for the saloon model)

308 GT Line is equipped with the 1.6L Turbo , 163hp (tooltip: Stop and Start) three-cylinder petrol-fueled turbo engine with a 6-speed manual gearbox or 6-speed automatic EAT6 (tooltip: Efficient Automatic Transmission 6). Matching prowess and proficiency, this technological breakthrough reduces fuel consumption and CO² emissions by 21% (tooltip: Mixed consumption of 4.8 litres/100 km, CO² 110 g/km, in accordance with Directive 99/100/EC for the saloon model).
